ESNA began working with the Mayor of Caluco in 2010 to support her vision of enhancing the health and education of the municipality. In doing so ESNA found a place we can make a difference for years to come. Blanca was the first female mayor in the State of Sonsonate. ESNA was the first NGO to work in Caluco with Blanca.

- Enabled the construction of a new high school
- Enabled the construction of a new K-2nd grade facility
- Provided emergency aid for flood victims
- Partnered in the design and construction of CASA MAYA a youth training and skills development center
- Delivered 32 laptops for a new computer lab at Escuela Republica de China
- Expansion of the municipal Health Clinic
- Provided medical equipment and supplies
- Fogging equipment to help eliminate Dengue
